Clifford cemetery was located on the north side of SR 18, about ¼ mile east of the city limits, but west of Hawley Road. It is not visible from SR 18. The earliest date on a stone is that of Mary Brandberry in 1819. Other dates are only up to about 1860. Years ago the graves were moved to Greenwood Cemetery in section 10.
