Copied from Lorain County's out-of-print publication, Cemetery Inscriptions of Lorain County, Ohio 1980, by Marilyn Allis, and updated by Thomas Hoerrle, LCHS volunteer.

On the north side of North Ridge Rd. between Elyria Ave. and the Sheffield Shopping Center, this is a Jewish Cemetery. The oldest marker is that of Harry Ackerman in 1909. Harry Borenstein, a Spanish-American War Veteran, was buried here in 1923. Throughout the cemetery are markers with Hebrew inscriptions.
